offer 是「主動給予」,對方可以考慮要接受或拒絕。

provide 通常表示已經提供給對方,並沒有強調「對方考慮是否接受」這個過程。

serve作「提供」主要指提供食物、飲料或服務,也可以指工作、盡職責。

supply是比provide「長期且大量」的提供
